Unfortunately, the 2021 SHOT Show cannot be rescheduled. Instead, we look forward to welcoming you to the 2022 show. Look for more information in the coming weeks about other ways to stay connected with industry members throughout the year in an online setting. We are currently making plans to offer our education sessions online, and we are exploring options to connect exhibitors and attendees in the virtual world.
Yes. Unfortunately, we are having to cancel all official SHOT Show events scheduled to take place. Those participating in SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range should contact their representatives from CMG Marketing & Events at 843-410-2739 or email email@example.com.
The 2022 SHOT Show will take place January 18 – 21, 2022, at the Sands Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas.
While the refund policy enacted earlier this year indicated 50% would be refunded and 50% would be rolling over, it has been decided to refund the full amounts paid through registration.
All registered attendees should see a refund of their registration fees applied to the credit card by which they paid by December 31.
Fees paid through SHOT Show registration for education, such as SHOT UniversityTM, Retailer Seminars or Law Enforcement Education Program (LEEP) sessions, will be fully refunded and emails will be forthcoming to register for upcoming education sessions that will be hosted online through a different registration system.
Exhibits and Sponsorships
The cancellation policy agreed upon by the NSSF Board of Governors this past March will now be implemented. This allows for 50% of all fees associated with the 2021 SHOT Show to be rolled over to the 2022 SHOT Show and the remaining balance refunded back to the exhibitor.
Many exhibitors have expressed a desire to support the NSSF and its efforts on behalf of our industry. Exhibitors will be able to make this election through a form that every exhibitor will be directed to complete through their respective Exhibitor Dashboard.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, with all refunds anticipated to be completed by December 31. Refunds will be made based on the method of payment already made to NSSF. Those that paid by credit card will receive a refund on that credit card. Those that paid by check will receive a check. Domestic companies that paid by wire transfer will be issued a check. International companies that paid by check or wire will be contacted by SHOT Show team members to confirm the appropriate bank information to receive a wire transfer.
Booth Space Applications for the 2022 SHOT Show will be sent by email to the main exhibit contact towards the end of December, just as we have done for the past several years.
A credit balance will be reflected on the 2022 SHOT Show application when they are first sent out in the coming months.
With the significant changes that have taken place over the last year, between the addition of the Caesars Forum, consolidation within the industry, and upheaval resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the SHOT Show will be conducting a full space selection this coming year. Each exhibitor will be given the opportunity to request the ideal booth size and location they want to have for the 2022 SHOT Show in their application. Selection order will be based on membership and priority points.
An online live space selection is anticipated to take place in the late spring or early summer of 2021.
No priority points will be earned for the 2021 SHOT Show. Space selection for the 2022 SHOT Show will be based on priority points earned through the 2020 SHOT Show and NSSF membership status, as has been utilized during the booth moves process the past several years.
The exhibit rates for the 2022 SHOT Show have not yet been established.

No. The policies listed above for cancellation, refunds and renewals are the same for the Supplier Showcase as they are for the exhibitors in the traditional exhibit halls.
