Registration Is Open, Sessions Begin July 23
For several years, the SHOT Show Exhibitor Academy has collaborated with trade show experts to provide valuable insights and actionable steps exclusively for SHOT Show exhibitors. As our show has expanded, so has our educational programming.
Although SHOT CX (our in-person exhibitor event) was not feasible this year due to scheduling conflicts, we are enhancing your online experience. This year’s program includes:
- Monthly one-on-one video consulting calls (available on a first-come, first-served basis)
- Two “Idea Swap” sessions (one for new exhibitors and one for returning exhibitors) to foster peer connections
- Three “Q&A Webinars” to explore key topics and address your questions
- Six new “Office Hours” sessions with tips to optimize your exhibit hall experience, including the Supplier Showcase and eXtra spaces
Additionally, there will be two online sessions with SHOT Show logistics partners (details forthcoming).
Each of Robyn’s Exhibitor Academy sessions will commence at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesdays. Please visit SHOTShow.org/exhibitor-academy for the complete list of topics and dates.
Important Note: An Exhibitor Dashboard login is required to access the registration form. You can retrieve your login info here or contact us for additional assistance.
Who Should Participate in SHOT Show Exhibitor Academy?
All SHOT 2026 exhibitors are encouraged to attend every Exhibitor Academy activity. We recommend inviting relevant team members to join, particularly for sessions like our first Q&A Webinar in August, which will focus on overcoming budget-related challenges.
To promote openness during your monthly video consulting calls, no recording or transcription is permitted. You may invite your coworkers to attend and assist with note-taking.
What’s New This Year?
First, the topics for each session are refreshed.
Based on feedback from previous sessions and insights from the SHOT Show Exhibitor Advisory Councils, we have curated a range of topics to address your current needs.
For instance, our second Q&A Webinar in October will showcase real-life examples from past SHOT Show exhibitors, providing clear guidance for applying their insights to your situation.
Next, we are introducing a new format: Office Hours.
In these six 60-minute sessions, you will receive a preview of different areas of the exhibit hall, quick tips, and ample time for your questions.
These sessions will be more casual yet still rich in actionable advice.
Finally, for exhibitors committed to attending multiple sessions, we have created a special “all-in-one” registration form.
You can select your desired sessions, share your thoughts or questions for each topic with Robyn, and submit your contact information once. This form will be available until July 18, so please visit your exhibitor dashboard to register ASAP.
