Labor Day has passed and we are already halfway through September, which means SHOT Show planning for all our exhibitors is in full swing. Here are just a few items to keep in mind as the weather starts cooling and the calendar switches over to fall in the coming days.
Make Sure All Your Brands Are Listed
Exhibiting under multiple brands? Be sure each brand you want attendees to find is included as an Additional Listing in the SHOT Show directories. Additional Listings help ensure your brands are represented in both the printed directory and online exhibitor directory, making it easier for buyers to find you before and during the show. The deadline to submit an Additional Listing application is the first week of October, which is only a few weeks away, so review your brands and submit any additions soon! — Regina Clark, ConvExx
Get Noticed with SHOT Show TV Video Packages
SHOT Show attendees love video content, and so do the thousands of others who tune in to the show’s YouTube and social media channels. SHOT Show TV packages provide just that! With options in a variety of price ranges to create buzz about your company and products pre-show, during the show and post-show, it’s an amazing way to announce your presence and get noticed by the people you want to connect with. There are packages available to suit any exhibitor. View our order form here or contact me at ctatulli@nssf.org to learn more. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF

Your Company’s Description: An Important (and FREE) Way to Promote Your Presence
It’s important for your company’s success at the show to have accurate information in your company description because we use this information for the show directory, website, show planner and mobile app. Please take a moment to review and update your company’s information no later than September 30 to make sure the most accurate information makes the printed Buyers Guide. — Susan Schwartz, ConvExx
Reminder: Make Sure Your Travel Arrangements Are Set
We may sound like a broken record, but it is inevitable that an exhibitor will reach out to us later this year and ask for assistance since discounted rooms are no longer available. Please be sure you have rooms reserved for your entire team while discounted rooms are available. Rates will only be going up from here, and some hotels are already indicating discounted rooms are not longer available, with Trump the latest hotel to report their available inventory is limited. Please refer to shotshow.org/hotel-and-travel to access the housing pages for both the Venetian Las Vegas as well as onPeak, our housing partners. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF
