Why Streamlight?
Geoff Evans (GE): Streamlight is a U.S.-based company with more than 300 employees headquartered in Eagleville, Pennsylvania and building professional-quality lighting tools is all we do. From the beginning, we design our products with the assumption that the person using them relies on their flashlight every day to do their job, often in extremely challenging environments.
Whether it’s a law enforcement officer pursuing a suspect, a firefighter entering a burning building or a military professional operating in demanding conditions, a light failure is not an option. That expectation drives everything we do. We’re also excited to introduce a new addition to our TLR line that brings the same professional quality to a more consumer-oriented product, expanding access while maintaining our performance standards.
Why do you exhibit at SHOT Show?
GE: SHOT Show is extremely important to Streamlight. This will be our 46th SHOT Show. It’s absolutely instrumental for us, not only for networking with our end-user customers, but also for connecting with our business partners from around the world.
It’s also the ideal venue to introduce new products. This year, SHOT Show gives us the opportunity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of our most significant products, the TLR-1, while continuing to showcase what’s next for the brand.
What have you been up to since last year’s SHOT Show?
GE: Since the last SHOT Show, we’ve introduced roughly a dozen new lighting products, many of which attendees may not have seen unless they follow us closely throughout the year.
Examples include the ProTac HP series, engineered for long-distance tactical use with advanced beam penetration to overcome photonic barriers and enable identification of objects over extended ranges. The 1,000-lumen Sledge headlamp features a rugged, hands-free design adopted in industrial settings, now gaining popularity among sportsmen for its flexible beam angles and high output.
What can we look forward to from Streamlight in 2026?
GE: In 2026, we’re building on the 20-year legacy of the TLR-1 with the introduction of an all-new TLR-series light, along with updates to some of the most popular products in that lineup.
We’re also introducing a couple of specialty rifle lights that fill specific niches, offering more than just weapon-mounted illumination by incorporating alternative capabilities. In addition, we’ll be unveiling a new professional-quality tactical light that delivers a unique balance of performance, battery versatility and value features we believe our customers will truly appreciate.
Who should stop by the Streamlight booth?
GE: Everyone attending SHOT Show should stop by and see us at Booth 11468.
We especially encourage law enforcement professionals, military personnel, end-user customers and our industry business partners to visit. We’ll have our newest products on display, along with subject matter experts from our headquarters in Eagleville and team members from across the country, all in one place and ready to talk through our latest innovations.
