Anyone who’s been to the SHOT Show knows that walking miles on the show floor each day makes you hungry—and knowing where to find close-by eating options is a necessity.
Whether it be grabbing a quick a bite for lunch or sitting down for dinner with a group of colleagues, here are some new dining options on site at the Venetian/Palazzo that will all be available come SHOT Show time.
Via Via Food Hall
With just a short walk from the show floor, you’ll find a brand-new “food court” experience right off The Venetian’s Grand Colonnade. The recently opened Via Via Food Hall offers multiple options from famous venues around the nation (and world). Options include:
- All’Antico Vinaio, a celebrated Italian sandwich shop that began in Florence in 1991. It’s known for delicious and authentic Tuscan schiacciata sandwiches.
- Howlin’ Ray’s, “bringing the heat” to the people of Los Angeles since 2015, is bringing their famous Nashville Hot Chicken to Las Vegas.
- Scarr’s Pizza, established in 2016 in New York City by Scarr Pimentel, is serving up its high-quality pizza with a focus on organic and all-natural ingredients.
- B.S. Taqueria, founded by Chef Ray Garcia in Los Angeles, offers creative twists on classic tacos alongside favorites like carnitas and house-made chorizo, all served on freshly pressed heirloom corn tortillas.
- Ivan Ramen, a wildly successful ramen shop in Tokyo and New York City, now comes to Las Vegas offering its exceptional ramen and more.
- Turkey and the Wolf, from chef Mason Hereford, brings two New Orleans favorites—Turkey and the Wolf and Molly's Rise and Shine—in a single dining experience, offering creative takes on comfort food as well as inventive breakfast dishes, including hearty biscuit sandwiches.
- Close Company, from the creators and craft cocktail masters of Death & Co, brings its signature cocktails to Las Vegas in this new concept, with additional launches planned soon in Atlanta and Nashville.
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés
Opening this week (September 4), Bazaar Meat by José Andrés has moved to its new location at The Palazzo. Formerly located at The Sahara, the restaurant is widely recognized as one of the best steakhouses in America. Eater Las Vegas reports, “The restaurant will debut an entirely new design while maintaining the dramatic live-fire grills that helped establish Bazaar Meat as a temple of theatrical carnivory.”
COTE
Set to debut at The Venetian on October 4, COTE’s doors will be open when the SHOT Show rolls into town. With locations in New York, Singapore and Miami, COTE is America’s first and only Korean steakhouse with a Michelin star. The restaurant blends the best of Korean BBQ with the hallmarks of a classic American steakhouse, serving the highest quality cuts of beef, ranging from A5 wagyu from Kobe, Sendai and Miyazaki to 45-, 90- and 120-day aged steak.
Gjelina
This southern California staple is known nationally for its farm-to-table New American cuisine. With locations in Los Angeles and New York City, this is the third location for Gjelina. The restaurant offers brunch, lunch and dinner with produce-forward dishes made with fresh seasonal ingredients.
