Booth Renewals for 2024 Arriving Shortly
After the new year, each booth contact will be receiving an email with a link to renew your booth for the 2024 SHOT Show. As we have done for several years, you can simply renew online through the link provided or renew onsite at the SHOT Show in the sales office. Renewal applications and deposits will be required by the close of the show, January 20, in order to lock in your current booth location for next year. If you have any questions or would like additional information or assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at 855-355-7468 or ExhibitorHelp@SHOTShow.org. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF
Promote Your Booth—Send a Dedicated Email Blast to Show Attendees
Want to send a pre-show email to YOUR target audience? While the SHOT Show doesn’t sell its lists to anyone (don’t believe any scammers out there trying to sell you one), we do offer exhibitors an opportunity to reach attendees via email through our registration and lead management provider Maritz Global Events. You can select what audience you’d like to reach with your message, and you provide the content. We’ll do the rest. Price varies by the size of the audience you select. Learn more and use this service by logging in here or by contacting your account executive. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF
Transporting Firearms from the Airport
If you have firearms coming through airport baggage, SHOT Security will transport them to either the Venetian Expo or Caesars Forum for you. This service is available during move-in from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday through Monday. Upon arrival, check your firearms across from Baggage Claim #5 (Terminal 1) or Baggage Claim #17 (Terminal 3). Badge pick-up is also conveniently located in the same area, so you can pick up your badge at the same time. You can also check your firearms after the show, and security will transport them to the airport for your departing flights on Saturday. Locations for departure are located at ticket counters #34 and #35, adjacent to American Airlines (Terminal 1), and next to United (Terminal 3). — Jeff Pressman, ConvExx
Prepare for Onsite Requirements with Freeman and Other Partners
While you may not have orders submitted with Freeman, oftentimes services are required onsite. Become familiar with Freeman Online and their ordering portal, including setting up a username and password. We also suggest completing the Method of Payment (Venetian) or Method of Payment (Caesars Forum) form in advance, regardless of whether you currently have orders on file with them. This will help with any last-minute and unanticipated requirements onsite, and will only be utilized if actual orders are submitted. Similarly, if you need to order services from SES at the Venetian (electrical, cleaning, utilities), click here for SES Services. — Jennifer Carr, ConvExx
Few Hotels Remaining; LINQ and Harrah’s Sell Out
We have successfully added a few hotel room nights for anyone making last-minute decisions to attend the show, but some hotels have recently sold out. The adjacent hotels to Caesars Forum—The LINQ and Harrah’s—have sold out as of December 25, but hotel rooms are still available for a few more days at the world-famous Flamingo next door. Visit onPeak, our official housing partner, to book a room before it’s too late. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF
Firearms in Las Vegas Hotels
The Las Vegas hotel community is very supportive of our industry and making their city the home for the SHOT Show. The hotels make their own security decisions regarding guests, however, and most corporate-owned hotels have a policy of no firearms being permitted on their premises. We request that you respect the policies of the Las Vegas hotels and not bring firearms or firearm cases back to your hotels while you are here for the SHOT Show. We have secured storage locations that will be accessible throughout the show, all available free of charge. We ask that you take advantage of this program. — Jeff Pressman, ConvExx
Meeting Rooms Still Available
There are a few meeting rooms still available if you are finding last-minute needs for your team or customers. Feel free to reach out to your account executive or me, Laurie Prince, at Lprince@shotshow.org or 702-216-5843. You can also find the meeting room request form by clicking here. — Laurie Prince, ConvExx

It’s not too late to discuss any number of promotional opportunities still available that can be fulfilled last minute. Your account executive is available and ready to work with you. Also, please feel free to contact me directly at ctatulli@shotshow.org. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF
