Deadline Checklist
We know that exhibiting at the SHOT Show may at times seem overwhelming. There are a lot of moving parts to make the show a success. One of the best tips we can share is to review the Deadline Checklist located in the Exhibitor Resource Center. With just under a hundred days left before show time, this can be an invaluable tool to help you keep on track. Many deadlines are coming in November, like submitting your booth’s designs for approval and artwork for advertising in the New Product Guide and the Show Directory. Advanced rate pricing for furnishings, electrical, security, among others, end in December. Please review the list to take advantage of the advanced rates. If you have questions or need assistance or clarification on items on the Deadline Checklist, you can always reach out to Exhibitor Help at 855-355-7468 or ExhibitorHelp@SHOTShow.org. Our goal is to make the tasks associated with exhibiting a little easier, so you can focus on promoting your products or services and have a successful show. — Regina Clark, ConvExx

SHOT Show Industry Day at the Range
Industry Day at the Range is the only range event officially associated with the SHOT Show. We’re excited to announce that due to high demand of shooting space, there have been significant expansions made to the range. The expansion includes new exclusive bays that have allowed for a new dedicated suppressor area. Industry Day at the Range will take place at the Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club in Boulder City, Nevada, on Monday, January 16—one day prior to the SHOT Show. Even with this expansion, available shooting space is extremely limited. Don’t miss your chance to exhibit at this event. Register today. — Kelsey Puryear, CMG Marketing & Events
Short SHOTs
The Venetian has named Tony Yousfi to its pioneering executive team as Chief Sales Officer. Yousfi brings 18 years of hospitality experience, including his most recent roles as Senior Vice President of Sales, Catering, and Conference Services for Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and before that, executive roles with MGM Resorts International.
Paris Las Vegas is hosting Bat Out of Hell, featuring the greatest hits of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf during SHOT Week with a nightly performance at 7 p.m. and additional shows at 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge, located just north of The Palazzo is a favorite of locals and savvy trade show pros. Serving 24 hours a day, “The Peppermill” as it’s known, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And perhaps the best Bloody Mary in Las Vegas. So I’ve, um, heard.
Stay tuned for a pretty cool announcement coming soon about the 2023 SHOT Show in Las Vegas that will be a lot of fun for attendees and exhibitors alike.
