SHOT Show Eats: New Dining Options at Venetian/Palazzo
Anyone who’s been to the SHOT Show knows that walking miles on the show floor each day makes you hungry—and knowing where to find close-by eating options is a necessity. Whether it be grabbing a quick a bite for lunch or sitting down for dinner with a group of colleagues, here are some new dining options on site at the Venetian/Palazzo that will all be available come SHOT Show time. — Bill Dunn, NSSF
Hotel Rooms Selling Out Fast
If you haven’t made your hotel reservations yet, we highly encourage you make them ASAP. Rooms on-site at the Venetian/Palazzo hotels are already nearly sold out and will be unavailable very soon. We're seeing similar trends at other nearby hotels, with the Trump, Caesars Palace, T.I., Conrad and Westin hotels either already sold out or about to be. To book your rooms, simply go to shotshow.org/hotel-and-travel and choose either the link to the Venetian|Palazzo or all other official hotels through our housing partner at onPeak. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF

Utilize the Exhibitor Resource Center
The online Exhibitor Resource Center is the place to find all the information you need for your presence at the SHOT Show. Whether it be links to the items and services you need to order, the schedule for which you need to follow, or simply answers to the most frequently asked questions, it’s all there. If you are just beginning to design your booth and the elements you want to include, please pay attention to the Display & Height Regulations (Caesars Forum or Venetian Expo), as there are specific rules based on the size and location of your booth. Save on costs and significant headaches by knowing the rules for your specific booth before you get too far down the planning path. — Jennifer Carr, ConvExx
Sponsorships Available: Take Your SHOT Show Presence to Next Level
SHOT Show sponsorships are YOUR SHOT to boost your visibility beyond your booth at SHOT Show, and we have many opportunities, all easy to scale, available through various channels. These include print advertising in publications like The Official SHOT Show Directory and Buyer’s Guide, digital and printed advertising, as well as onsite signage. Also, advertising packages are available for SHOT Show TV and SHOT University™. Find an advertising package that fits your needs and reach as big an audience as possible. See our available options here. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF

It's That Time of Year: Be Wary of Solicitors!
Unfortunately, exhibitors are oftentimes contacted by companies to offer them “better deals” on items and services at the SHOT Show. Please know that the SHOT Show only contracts with and endorses the Official Service Contractors listed in the Exhibitor Resource Center Contact List. These contractors are held accountable to provide the best possible customer service and ensure consistent and negotiated rates to all exhibitors at the SHOT Show. You can find more information here. Services most often promoted as part of the SHOT Show are hotel rooms, attendee lists, show directories and booth builds, but please know these companies soliciting you for these services obtained your information through web mining and not from SHOT Show, and they are not affiliated with the SHOT Show unless they are found in the Contact List. — Chris Dolnack, NSSF
