SHOT Show Named Comeback Award Winner

The Trade Show News Network recognized the SHOT Show as its 2022 Comeback Award Winner for Exhibitor Excellence at the annual T-Awards, held last week at Caesars Forum. The T-Awards celebrate growth, innovation and achievement in the trade show industry. We were honored to be recognized as the only large trade show in North America to have grown by 20-plus percent in 2022, especially after having to cancel the 2021 event.

The SHOT Show was recognized for its popular Exhibitor Academy and Exhibitor Advisory Council. The Exhibitor Academy helps educate SHOT Show exhibitors on how to get the most from their participation in the show and maximize their return on investment through a series of live and online sessions led by subject matter experts. The Exhibitor Advisory Council seeks candid feedback from exhibitors of all sizes and product categories and is moderated by a renowned trade show consultant who then presents the findings in aggregate.

Hotel Cut-Off Dates Approaching

We have contracted SHOT Show rooms at discounted rates to accommodate a wide range of tastes and travel budgets. These rooms are selling fast, so if you want to benefit from the great deals available, you need to book your room ASAP. Rates at the Venetian/Palazzo will increase after December 12 and other partner hotels through onPeak will increase starting December 14. Glock Becomes VIP Sponsor of All-Star Jam Concert

We’re excited to announce that Glock has signed on as a VIP sponsor of the 2023 SHOT Show’s All-Star Jam—a free, private concert for all show attendees featuring some of the most notable names in rock and country music. Presented by Outdoor Sportsman Group, the concert will feature Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Johnny Van Zant, Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery and a special surprise guest to be named later. Target Times Available Online

We know you are asking this question, and we are doing our best to give every exhibitor as much time as they need to build their booth. However, this requires significant coordination not just with Freeman and evaluating our floorplan, but the customers using the buildings before us. This January is one of those years in which we get the space later than normal, due to CES (the largest annual show that overtakes Las Vegas) taking place Thursday to Sunday. They are traditionally Tuesday to Friday like us, but due to when New Year’s occurs, and their having to vacate the building before we move in, they are forced into a date pattern that is not opportune for them but also pushes us back about 24-36 hours from when we typically get in. With that being said, we are working closely with Freeman to minimize the impact of this change to our schedule and that is through numerous conversations and analysis with multiple parties. Opt-In to Pre-Show Appointments

Help ensure your ROI by taking advantage of the appointment feature in your Exhibitor Dashboard. This feature allows you to set your schedule and accept appointment requests from buyers. To activate this feature:

Log into your Exhibitor Dashboard
Select Edit Profile
Scroll to the right and select Appointments
Click the “Opt-In to Accept Appointments” link

Once you’ve opted in, customize your company’s appointment schedule. We’ve, conveniently, added the show dates into your schedule for your convenience.

Approved attendees and media will be able to view your schedule and request either booth or online meetings with you. You will be able to view appointment requests under Dashboard Links in your exhibitor dashboard. You will also receive real time notifications for booked appointments and 30-minute reminders for every scheduled appointment.

Beware of SHOT Show List Scams

There have been several emails fraudulently claiming to have and sell the SHOT Show's attendee list. Please be aware, they often use the show name, show logo or show organizer name in their signature. These companies have no association with the SHOT Show. We report all scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division and we encourage you to do so as well.

A listing of our official partners can also be found in the Contact List of the Exhibitor Resource Center. As for unauthorized publications or directories, please know that the only official directory is the one distributed by NSSF and the SHOT Show, and the official show daily is distributed by Grand View Outdoors. There is no Outdoor Industry News or Fair Guide affiliated with the SHOT Show, and any communications you may receive from a company from Outdoor Industry News or from companies outside the United States regarding a directory listing is not associated with the SHOT Show.

Meeting Rooms Available

If you need a separate meeting room outside your booth, there are rooms available in a variety of sizes, but inventory is limited at both the Venetian and Caesars Forum. Meeting rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Full day or half day times are available, with half days beginning at 7 a.m. to noon or 12:30 to 6 p.m. Evening rentals are available for receptions.
