Introducing Monthly ‘Office Hours' in the SHOT Show Exhibitor Academy Webinar Series: What You Need to Know

Have you ever considered training for a half-marathon? Now might be the perfect time! If you decide to walk the entire exhibit hall at SHOT 2026, you'll cover over 13 miles of exhibits!
But in all seriousness, while you're exhibiting, you may not have the time to explore the entire trade show and that's perfectly fine. Our new Office Hours sessions are designed to help you prioritize the aspects that are most relevant to you and your business.
More importantly, by attending these Office Hours sessions, you'll receive expert advice to maximize your experience at the show—both within your booth and beyond. You'll also have the opportunity to get answers to questions from both you and your peers.
Each of these casual, 60-minute sessions will include:
- A sneak peek at what's happening in a different part of the show floor
- Quick tips for your related exhibiting efforts, such as choosing sponsorships, writing your company description, qualifying leads and more
- A Q&A with our favorite trade show trainer, Robyn from Exhibitors WINH
NOTE: Each Office Hours session will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET on Wednesdays from August 13 through January 7. Please refer to the session schedule for the complete list of dates and topics and register for each session in your exhibitor dashboard.
Who should participate in Exhibitor Academy Office Hours?
All SHOT 2026 exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to attend every Office Hours session and we strongly recommend inviting relevant team members to join you when appropriate.
Consider including:
- Team members who will explore the show beyond your booth.
- Team members focused on the session’s key takeaways (e.g., in August, sponsorships and media are primary topics; consider inviting those involved in creative elements, budgeting and media/public relations).
- Team members with their own questions about the show or those you’d like to hear an official or expert answer from.
- New team members who are unfamiliar with your company, the industry or the SHOT Show.
Will these Office Hours sessions be recorded?
Yes and no – the “teaching parts” of each session will be recorded; however, the Q&A portion will not be. We strongly encourage you to attend live so you can get answers to your questions, engage in interactive components (like polls and chat) and apply the information and advice shared immediately, rather than waiting for the recording to be processed.

Who is Robyn?

Robyn Davis, CPTD, CEM at Exhibitors WINH, is our esteemed trade show trainer and facilitator for all Exhibitor Academy programming. With over 15 years of experience empowering exhibitors globally, she has been a valuable resource for SHOT Show exhibitors since 2019.
Robyn has spoken at major trade show events and received accolades such as IAEE’s “Educator of the Year” and the EIC’s “Pacesetter” award. She holds certifications in talent development and exhibition management, along with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
