Who should participate in this Q+A Webinar?
All SHOT 2026 exhibitors are welcome to attend every Exhibitor Academy session, including this one. We strongly encourage you to invite relevant (human) team members to join you, when appropriate.
In this session, you may wish to include team members who are focused on:
- Exploring collaboration/partnering opportunities with other exhibitors.
- Writing, editing, approving and sending communications (e-blasts, social media and pre-show marketing overall.)
- Imagining, creating, and utilizing key design elements, like your booth design, literature, etc.
…as well as any team members who are new to the SHOT Show (or anyone on your team who’s just curious about what’s working for other exhibitors).
Will this session be recorded?
Yes – this session will be recorded and shared with all confirmed SHOT Show exhibitors.
That said, we still strongly encourage you to attend live so you can get answers to your questions as you think of them, participate in interactive components (like polls and chat) and apply the information/advice shared immediately (vs. waiting for the recording to be processed, which can take about a week).
Who is Robyn?
Robyn Davis, CPTD, CEM at Exhibitors WINH, is our esteemed trade show trainer and facilitator for all Exhibitor Academy programming. With over 15 years of experience empowering exhibitors globally, she has been a valuable resource for SHOT Show exhibitors since 2019.
Robyn has spoken at major trade show events and received accolades such as IAEE’s “Educator of the Year” and the EIC’s “Pacesetter” award. She holds certifications in talent development and exhibition management, along with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
