SHOT Show Terminology Getting You Confused?
New to the responsibility of coordinating your SHOT Show booth, or tradeshows in general? Don’t hesitate to reach out to show management with any questions. If you aren’t quite sure of the terms used in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC), feel free to reference the Glossary of Terms. We understand some of these items may seem like a foreign language, like “material handling” and “net square feet,” so don’t hesitate to print this out and keep it handy at your desk. — Jennifer Carr, ConvExx
Know Who to Contact for Assistance
The SHOT Show partners with many companies to produce the show, and likewise there are many people out there willing and able to help. Please reference Show Management Contacts when trying to find the right person to contact. Likewise, use that same contact list to see who is NOT a partner of the SHOT Show and therefore may not be an appropriate person to discuss and contract with for the SHOT Show if they solicit you for providing services at the SHOT Show. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF
