Levels 1 & 2 of the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum at SHOT Show are now at Full Capacity. However, we have introduced SHOT Show eXtra which is a special exhibit area open Wednesday and Thursday, January 22-23, 2025, in the Palazzo Ballroom level 5 of the Venetian Expo and has a similar setup to Supplier Showcase.
SHOT Show eXtra
SHOT Show eXtra makes it easy to exhibit. Included in the exhibit space costs is everything you need to show off your gear! Simply bring your materials to the 5th floor on Wednesday morning, set up in a matter of minutes and spend the rest of the day demonstrating and selling your products. No freight docks, no extended days of move-in or move-out — just sell!

Are you a manufacturing supplier?
If you are a supplier for shooting, hunting or outdoor manufacturers, the SHOT Show Supplier Showcase is for you. The SHOT Week Supplier Showcase takes place on Monday and Tuesday of SHOT Week in the Palazzo Ballroom, on the 5th floor of the Venetian, just upstairs from the SHOT Show.
Supplier Showcase is a dedicated event for suppliers to present their products to shooting, hunting and outdoor manufacturers. If you use or produce tools, machinery, plastics, metal extrusions, fabrics, OE materials, fabrication, logistics, software, or other products and services for the shooting sports or outdoor sporting industries, then SHOT Week's Supplier Showcase is your opportunity to connect with each other at the upcoming SHOT Show.

Exhibiting at the 2025 SHOT Show
New exhibitors who sign up to participate in SHOT Show eXtra will be automatically added to the wait list for any openings at the Venetian Level 1, Venetian Level 2 or Caesars Forum.
With our expansion into Caesars Forum, just steps away from The Venetian Expo via a custom-built sky bridge for SHOT Show attendees, the 2024 SHOT Show had more than 800,000 net square feet of space reserved by more than 2,500 exhibitors.
We are excited to announce that we are accepting applications from companies interested in participating in the 2025 SHOT Show. Booth placement for new companies will take place later in the spring and be processed in order of NSSF membership as well as when application and deposit are received, so don’t delay!
