Insider: Exhibitor Booth Renewals, Badges and On-Site Resources

Renewal Applications Have Been Sent Out

The exhibitor contact for all exhibitors and suppliers have all received the renewal application link for the 2026 SHOT Show. Just a reminder that it is necessary to complete the application and pay the deposit before you leave Las Vegas following the show to ensure your space for 2026. If you want to do it online before you travel, feel free to click on that link. If you want to do it on site, you are more than welcome to come to the Sales Office that will be open Monday through Friday in both the Venetian and Caesars Forum (as well as renewal desks upstairs on Level 5 for Supplier Showcase and eXtra). — Chris Tatulli, NSSF

Badge Confirmation Emails Arriving Monday

Are your staff repeatedly asking you for their badge confirmation number? You can tell them it is coming on Monday, January 13. All confirmation emails to exhibitors, including their confirmation codes and important information for their arrival in Las Vegas, will be sent to each individual that has been registered by the exhibitor contact. Please remember that each individual must pick up their own badge this year and printing all badges at once is no longer permitted. — Cassandra Stock, NSSF

Activate Your Lead Retrieval App Today

It’s just four easy steps that will only take a couple of minutes. Take care of this before you arrive in Las Vegas and you’ll be on your way to collecting valuable contact information from people you will meet throughout the city by just scanning their badge. 1.) Download and install the “Swap by Maritz” app from the app store for your device. 2.) Launch the app and go to the “My Events” page. 3.) Click the “+” icon to add an event. 4.) Enter your exhibit company’s 16-digit Activation Code and Badge ID. Not sure what your activation code is or where to go when you arrive at the show? We have desks in the Venetian on Level 2 off the Venetian entrance hallway, across from the Titian Ballroom and on Level 5, and at Caesars Forum in Room 406. In the meantime, you can also email ExhibitorServices@maritz.com or call 877-623-3487. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF

Are you Eligible for Free Cart Service from Freeman?

For those of you driving your own vehicles this year and are eligible for the free cart service from Freeman, please be sure to read up on all the requirements and policies by here. Also note that the staging lot for POVs is now at 6000 Polaris Avenue, which is just south of Allegiant Stadium. Service runs on Sunday and Monday during move-in. — Jeff Pressman, ConvExx

Email Marketing Opportunity Still Available

Sending emails directly to the SHOT Show database is highly sought after, and there is a program that enables it while also ensuring our attendees know their email addresses are not circulated. Email marketing campaigns are provided through our registration partner at Maritz, where they can strategically time and curate an email blast specifically designed to your needs. You can find more information here. — Cassandra Stock, NSSF

Be Sure to Drop Off Your New Product at the New Product Center

If you submitted a product for the New Product Center, be sure to schedule time to drop off your product beginning Sunday morning. If you are a new exhibitor, your booth package includes an entry in the New Product Center and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Angel Valentine at avalentine@convexx.com or come straight to the New Product Center at The Venetian Expo (Level 1 lobby) when you arrive in Las Vegas. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF

Be Sure to Double- Check for Your Target Times

Last minute double checks? Make sure you confirm your target time for your booth and that it aligns with your freight shipments and labor calls. Not all exhibit halls are available at the same time, so it is vital you know your target time when planning.

Bringing Your Firearms to Vegas

The Las Vegas hotel community is very supportive of our industry and making their city the home for the SHOT Show. The hotels make their own security decisions regarding guests, however, and most have a policy of no firearms being permitted on their premises, per their insurance carrier. We request that you respect the policies of the Las Vegas hotels and not bring firearms or firearm cases to your hotels. We have secured storage locations that will be accessible throughout the show, as well as option to drop off your firearms at baggage claim and we will bring them to the show upon your arrival. All these programs are free of charge. Please review the Firearm Policies section in the Exhibitor Resource Center for more information. — Jeff Pressman, ConvExx
