Don’t Forget to Order Electrical Service for Your Booth
Electrical services are almost always needed within one’s exhibit booth. Whether it’s for booth lighting, A/V or computer equipment, or simply charging your mobile phone or tablet, this service should be ordered. The best place to begin is by making a list of all the items to which you’ll need to provide power. Please be sure to navigate the proper Exhibitor Resource Center for your booth location and look for the Electrical Services forms within that page. You will need to submit for the proper electrical levels needed based on all the devices you will have running in your booth, and if you need it placed anywhere aside from the back of your booth, you will need to submit a rendering of those locations to have it placed. Remember, there are discounts for submitting early so please pay attention to the advance-rate deadlines. — Jennifer Carr, ConvExx
