It’s Time to Renew Your Booth
Emails with a link to renew your booth for the 2025 SHOT Show were sent out last week. All exhibitors have the opportunity to renew their 2024 SHOT Show booth for the 2025 SHOT Show if they submit their rental agreement and pay the 25% deposit by the end of the 2024 show (January 26). You can only renew your current booth at this time. If you would like a booth change, you can make a request on the rental agreement. Change requests will be addressed during the spring and space will be offered by membership status and priority points. All members get to choose before non-members, so if you are not a member consider joining NSSF today. — Chris Tatulli, NSSF
NSSF Member Services Locations
If you would like to meet with NSSF regarding your membership, or to discuss the many opportunities and resources available to members, the NSSF membership team will be in two locations during the SHOT Show. At The Venetian Expo, you will now find us toward the front of the center aisle of the Level 1 exhibit hall (Booth #42304). At Caesars Forum, you will find the NSSF Member Services and Lounge in the Caesars Forum lobby, directly across from the Forum Ballroom. — John McNamara, NSSF
Confirmation Emails to Exhibitor Personnel Sent Out Yesterday
Please make sure your team is aware that an email confirmation, with vital information for the show as well as the confirmation QR code, was sent from Maritz on Monday, January 15. Every staff member registered will receive badge pick-up locations, specific show hours, and key information to help with a smooth arrival in Las Vegas. The emails will be listed as coming from 2024 SHOT Show and the email address is email_confirm@confmail.experient-inc.com. — Casie Stock, ConvExx
Register Your Staff and Have Them Confirm Their Email Address
If you haven’t done it yet, and you want to do one thing that will make your life easier when you arrive, make sure you have all your staff in the registration system and confirmed as soon as possible. This will give your staff time to receive the emails necessary to confirm their email address and their confirmation barcodes so they can pick up their badges upon arriving in Las Vegas. — Melissa Schilling, NSSF
Food Options During Move-In
Depending on where you are located, there are numerous options for food that is fast and economical. It’s helpful to know where to go before you start looking. Here are the options this week (during move-in):
Venetian Expo:
- Café Presse – Level 1 Lobby, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Halls A/B Bistro – Level 2, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Halls B/C Bistro – Level 2, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Food Court, Full-Service Restaurants in Grand Canal Shoppes and Restaurant Row are all available.
Caesars Forum:
- Although there are no concessions open during move-in at Caesars Forum, there are numerous options just across the walkway on the LINQ Promenade and in the LINQ and Harrah's resorts. Options include the following: Starbucks, In-n-Out Burger, Dunkin’, Yard House, Tilted Kilt.

New Product Center
If you entered a product into the New Product Center, be sure to drop the product off beginning Sunday morning. The New Product Center is located on Level 1 of The Venetian Expo, adjacent to the shuttle lobby and main registration areas. If you are coming from Caesars Forum, a free shuttle is available from the front porte-cochère by registration at Caesars that will drop you off at The Venetian Expo lobby, where the New Product Center is located. Placement is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are interested in participating but have not yet submitted an entry, it is not too late.
