We have selected several locations to make picking up your badge easy and convenient once you arrive in Las Vegas. Find and click on the location below that works best for you. Under each location, you will find the whereabouts and hours of operation for each registration pickup area.
Please remember a couple of items:
24-Hour Registration
We have 24-hour registration starting Sunday, January 19, 2025, 8:00 AM through Tuesday, January 21, 2025, 5:00 PM for approved, barcoded registrations at the Express Registration area located next to the Summit Show Room at the Venetian Expo Center.
NEW THIS YEAR: Badge pickup at the following hotels will be available 24-hours starting Monday, January 20 at 8:00 AM – Wednesday, January 22 at 1:00 PM.

Exhibitors
NEW THIS YEAR: Everyone must pick up their own badge by using their confirmation number.
Attendees/Media
Preapproved/Barcoded Attendees/Media: If you already have a registration barcode and are an approved attendee/media member, you can pick up at any location below.
Pending Attendees/Media: We encourage you to upload any documents to your registration portal in advance to help expedite the registration process.
Onsite Attendees/Media: The online registration process does not close, so we encourage you to register online instead of onsite. If you need to register onsite, we encourage you to come Saturday through Monday or Tuesday afternoon – Friday. Our longest lines are Tuesday morning. Caesars Forum has full registration just like Venetian Expo and will have less lines.
