Exhibitor Registration
Sign into your dashboard to register your onsite staff. If you have questions about exhibitor guests, buyer badges, or the new exhibitor talent badge you can find that information here. Onsite badge pick-up processes have been adjusted to avoid past issues, so each individual can now pick up their own badge. Reasons to Send Your Freight to the Advance Warehouse, with Deadline Coming Up on January 3
Sending your freight in advance to be stored by Freeman has tremendous benefits. Not only are you sure of your freight being in Vegas when it needs to be, and not tied up due to potential weather, traffic or delivery issues, but you are also assured of your freight arriving at your designated target time so you can plan for and schedule your labor. We often hear of trucks delayed due to snow, or late arriving at the marshalling yard and having to wait for hours (adding additional costs for the carrier). This can be avoided if you ship to the advance warehouse. There is more information contained in the Exhibitor Resource Center, and specific labels if you are sending to the “Warehouse,” and keep in mind that the deadline to receive freight at the Warehouse is January 3. Please use the provided shipping labels in the Exhibitor Resource Center. — Jeff Pressman, ConvExx
Shipping to Show Site
When using a third-party carrier and shipping directly to show site they will need to arrive at the Freeman Marshaling Yard on your assigned Targe Time to check-in. Unloading is based on availability of the loading dock in your hall. Marshalling Yard is open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. during show setup. If sending through UPS, FedEx or DHL, freight can arrive starting January 14 and will be delivered to your booth based on your assigned target time. Exhibitors are not required to be in the booth when freight arrives at Show Site. Please use the provided shipping labels in the Exhibitor Resource Center. — Jennifer Carr, ConvExx
