SHOT Show Dedicated to Keeping Exhibit Space at a Low Cost
Mark Twain once said, “Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it.” And the last couple of years, conversations about the cost of exhibitor trade show participation has taken on a similar tone. Our show team hears about cost pressure from our customers on a weekly basis. And with the general state of the economy and “normalization” of the market for firearms, ammunition and accessories, manufacturers are feeling increasing cost pressure in every facet of their business. That is why the NSSF Board of Governors voted not to increase exhibit space pricing for the 2024 SHOT Show. I’ve put together a look at what NSSF is doing to keep costs down for exhibitors and you can read that here. — Chris Dolnack, NSSF
