Meeting rooms are available at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Rooms may be rented from Sunday, January 21 through Friday, January 26, 2024.
Rooms can be rented for a full day or a half day and are available in a number of sizes. You will receive a no obligation quote for the meeting space. You will then be asked to confirm rental, including square footage, pricing, dates, and location.
Please confirm via email that you would like to reserve location. Upon approval of this application, a detailed confirmation letter will be emailed to you with additional contact names for food and beverage, electrical, and audio-visual services. An invoice will be generated within a few business days upon your acceptance, available on your exhibitor dashboard. Once accepted, this is non-refundable.
Rooms are available based on availability and Show Management has the right to move rooms at any time for the good of the show.

Room Rates
Full day — $3.60 per square feet
Half day* — $1.80 per square feet
*Half day times are mornings 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and afternoons 12:30–6:00 PM.
Costs include:
- Standard hotel tables
- Chairs
- Podium
- Riser/stage
- Water for podium
- Basic electrical wall outlets
- ID sign (*If ordered before December 22, 2022.)
Costs DO NOT include:
- Catering
- Audio/visual equipment
- Microphones
- Custom furniture
- Florals
- Easels
- Internet & telephones
